ValueOS is a personal values coaching platform that helps you discover, articulate, and live by your authentic values. Through AI-powered conversations with Jord, our digital coach, you'll build a personalised value hierarchy and develop daily practices to maintain integrity with what matters most to you.

Genesis is your foundational journey where you discover your core values across three life domains: Professional, Relational, and Private. Through guided conversations, you'll identify your Foundational values (non-negotiable bedrock principles) and Guiding values (aspirational standards), then translate them into actionable principles you can score yourself against.

Each month, you'll complete an Integrity Report where you score yourself against each of your principles. This generates your Integrity Score, identifies any "Red Flags" (values requiring attention), and helps you set a focused commitment for the month ahead. Think of it as a personal board meeting for your values.

Genesis (€500 one-time) is your initial value discovery process, typically 2-4 hours of guided conversation. Once complete, you can optionally continue with a Quarterly Membership (€350/quarter) for ongoing Integrity Reports, weekly check-ins, and AI nudges that help you stay aligned with your values.

Absolutely. Your values, principles, and conversations are deeply personal. All data is encrypted, stored securely in the EU, and never shared with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. We believe your inner life deserves the same protection as your financial data.

Yes. Values can evolve as you grow. While your Foundational values tend to be stable, Guiding values may shift over time. Each Integrity Report includes an opportunity to review and refine your value stack, ensuring it remains an accurate reflection of who you're becoming.
